At Remay, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can easily follow your package.

Shipping Time

Estimated total delivery time: 7–21 business days.

Please note: Total delivery time consists of order processing time + shipping time combined. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your specific location, shipping carrier efficiency, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping

Some Remay products are shipped from our international fulfillment centers to maintain high quality and competitive pricing.

While we work closely with partners to ensure timely delivery, international shipments may experience occasional delays due to customs procedures, carrier bottlenecks, or high-volume peak periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be automatically provided via email. Please allow a few days after shipment for the tracking information to become active and update in the system.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, valid, and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered or is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, Remay will make every reasonable effort to assist, but additional shipping costs will apply for re-shipping the package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or local taxes depending on your country's regulations. Any applicable fees charged by local customs authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delays

Remay is not responsible for transit delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including carrier disruptions, customs inspections, weather conditions, natural events, or other unexpected situations.
