If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the terms below.
60-Day Comfort Guarantee
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned in clean and usable condition.

The return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.

Please note: Do not send items back before receiving official return instructions and the correct return address from our team. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved:

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Change of mind / Personal preference: For returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, Remay will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or a full refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your product arrived damaged during transit, is defective, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please include your order number and photos or videos showing the issue in your email.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly assist you with a swift exchange.

Hygiene & Personal Use Products
For health and hygiene reasons, opened and used sleep masks cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Sale Items
Items purchased during promotions, sales, or using discount codes are eligible for returns under the same conditions outlined in this policy, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, you may request a standard return after receiving the product, according to the terms of this policy.
